Aniq Rahman, born and raised in Cambridge, has finished his final year and has worked towards a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design at the Cambridge School of Art. His work consists of film posters, book cover design, vector drawing, DVD boxset/cover design, branding, logo design, and much more.
Throughout Aniq’s time during this course, he developed an interest book cover design and DVD boxset design. After already having a passion for designing film posters, this shared the same skillset and similarity in design choices to book cover and boxset design. Aniq’s main goal is to expand his portfolio with designing posters for upcoming and past theatrical releases and student films. He wants to continue his passion in designing this work.
Aniq’s Major Projects consist of a 12-page spread multipage project with the Dracula text, a consistently styled artwork for a boxset of Akira Kurosawa films, a poster set for the upcoming ‘The Batman’ film, a book cover design for ‘The Night Manager’ as part of the ‘Penguin Random House Student Design Award 2020’ competition. He was able to produce different Mock-ups to bring these designs to life and display them across his portfolio website.
